It's all about...
The Kids
It can be difficult to find a place that is family-friendly, and has great food that the kids will love.
But you've found it! The Woodman Inn has a large playground, spacious gardens and countryside walks that the whole family will enjoy. And then there are the workshops and activities we put on to keep the children busy. Giving you a chance to enjoy a well earned break.
The festive Junior Diary
Santa Paws
6th December, 10am
Arrival is from 10am. Sarah from Hera Photography will be capturing portraits of your fur baby with Santa, and four digital images are included in the ticket price. You will also receive a festive doggy bag filled with a gift, a puppychino voucher, and some tasty treats.
Throughout the event, a variety of specialists will be on hand to share advice, information, and services. We’ll also be hosting fun competitions—including Waggiest Tail, Best Behaved, Best Dressed, and Happiest Dog—with prizes and certificates presented by Santa and a chosen helper on the day.
The cost to attend is £12 per dog. Full payment will be taken in advance via a deposit link; once payment is received, your dog’s place will be confirmed. £2 from every ticket will be donated to one of our chosen charities through the Nutwood Points Community Cards.
Brunch with Santa
13th December, 10am
When you arrive, your little ones can enjoy festive craft activities, along with gift bags filled with small treats and activities. Adults are welcome to order from our breakfast menu so you can all enjoy brunch together. Adults will pay for their meals on the day, while children’s places are prepaid at £25 per child to secure their spot. The £25 per child includes a goodie bag with activities and a small treat, a soft toy gift from Santa, photo opportunities, brunch, hot chocolate and a cookie, a squash station, and access to the craft station. Please note that all food must be pre-ordered before the event, so we can prepare for numbers.
Once brunch is finished, Santa will visit each table to say hello before taking his place by the Christmas tree to hand out presents with his helper. Every child will receive a gift, and parents or carers are welcome to step forward at this time to take photos of their children with Santa. Please note that not all children and parents are happy to be on social media, so we kindly ask that you only take photos of your own children and avoid capturing other families in the background.
